Who we are

What we collect

Account: email address and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), or your name, email and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
Profile and onboarding: display name, experience level, goals, target roles, technologies, weekly availability and personal goals you set.
Learning activity: scored attempts, hints used, practice-plan completion, bookmarks, resume position and workspace drafts (saved on your device and to your account).
AI code reviews: review feedback and scores. The code you submit is stored only if you choose "save code"; otherwise it is sent for review and not kept.
Glossary suggestions: terms and explanations you submit, with moderation status and admin feedback.
Security: optional two-step verification settings, one-time recovery codes (stored hashed), sign-in attempt limits, and an activity log recording which fields changed (never their content).
Team enquiries: company, contact name, work email, team size, package interest and message.
On your device: glossary familiarity ratings, unsaved drafts and sign-in session data in browser storage. We do not use advertising cookies. [confirm whether you will add analytics]

Why we use it

To provide your account, track progress and recommend practice (performance of our contract with you).
To secure accounts and investigate misuse (legitimate interests).
To reply to team enquiries (legitimate interests / pre-contract steps).
To process subscriptions [confirm once payments are live].

We do not sell personal data or use it to train AI models.

Who processes it

Lovable Cloud — hosting, database and authentication.
An AI model provider via Lovable's AI service — receives submitted code only to produce a review.
Google — only if you choose Google sign-in.

How long we keep it
